Research Interests
My research examines how mental‑health AI is governed across U.S. states. Focusing on regulatory ambiguity, the absence of technical implementation standards, and the lack of clinician involvement in policymaking. I study how these structural gaps shape the safety, design, and performance of AI tools used in mental-health chatbtos.
